CNA delivered a turnkey tenant upfit for a large behavioral health network headquartered in New York City, turning a ~5,000 sq ft space into a DBHDS-licensed behavioral health facility that offers multiple levels of care to patients from all backgrounds.
The work covered a full interior demolition and rebuild. CNA managed every phase, from permitting and construction through the certificate of occupancy and the licensing the owner needed to open. Construction started in April 2026 and reached substantial completion ahead of the July 22, 2026 deadline. For meeting the client's critical timeline, CNA earned a performance incentive.
